Executive Director’s Welcome
Welcome to San Diego State University Career Services. Our team is working diligently to provide the resources, partnerships and opportunities to empower SDSU students and alumni. February is a month of connection and empowerment.
As our campus and nation share in African American History Month, our center commits to exploring the intersections of identity, community, and career. We work with students, alumni, and employer to empower students in the quest to strengthen and exercise their voices. Toward this end, we invite all students to take part in our upcoming Diversity Career Conference on Friday, February 21.
We also encourage juniors, seniors, and graduate students to build bridges to their communities via the Aztec Mentor Program . Our new slogan, From Campus to Career, captures the power of building professional relationships to ensure lifelong career success. Registration for the Aztec Mentor Program closes on February 28.
If you seek to build your skills in areas such as resume development, job search, and interviewing, be sure to take advantage of our Spring 2020 workshop series.
SDSU alumni, please be sure to attend our upcoming career fairs and to enroll in the SDSU Alumni Association eNews to stay connected to campus. Also consider expanding your skills and keeping your connection to campus by viewing the many opportunities for life-long learning via our World Campus.
