2020-2021 Satisfactory Academic Progress Appeal Form (PDF)

The deadline for filing a Fall 2020 Satisfactory Academic Progress Appeal has passed. The appeal form will be available for Spring 2021 appeals in November 2020.

You will need to submit a Satisfactory Academic Progress Appeal Form if:

  • You did not complete 75% of the units you attempted summer, fall, and spring
  • Your GPA is below the minimum SAP standard

  • The deadline for submitting a Summer 2020 appeal is Friday, June 26, 2020 (by 3 pm Pacific Time).
  • The deadline for submitting a Fall 2020 semester appeal is Friday, July 17, 2020 (by 3 pm Pacific Time).
  • The deadline for submitting a Spring 2021 semester appeal is Friday, December 4, 2020 (by 3 pm Pacific Time).

2020-2021 Maximum Units Appeal Form (PDF)

The deadline for filing a Fall 2020 Maximum Unit Appeal has passed. The appeal form will be available for Spring 2021 appeals in November 2020.

You will need to submit a Maximum Unit Appeal Form if:

  • You have completed the maximum units and/or semesters for which you may receive aid for your degree

  • The deadline for submitting a Summer 2020 appeal is Friday, June 26, 2020 (by 3 pm Pacific Time).
  • The deadline for submitting a Fall 2020 semester appeal is Friday, July 17, 2020 (by 3 pm Pacific Time).
  • The deadline for submitting a Spring 2021 semester appeal is Friday, December 4, 2020 (by 3 pm Pacific Time).

* Please note: waiting until the deadline date to submit your appeal will result in a delay for our office to place a fee deferment on your record (if applicable) which may result in registration delays if you are unable to pay out of pocket. Therefore, we encourage you to file your appeal as soon as you get notification of your ineligibility via AidLink.

  • PDF format: All forms are in Portable Document Format (PDF) and require Adobe Acrobat Reader 5.0 or higher to view and print (download Adobe Acrobat Reader).
  • Excel format: Documents in Excel format (XLS) require Excel Viewer (download Excel Viewer).
