One-on-One Education

How to schedule your appointment

One-on-one sessions are by appointment only. Click here to request your personal 30- to 60-minute appointment. Appointments are with a Health Educator and can take place in-person, over the phone, or Zoom.

In a one-on-one setting, you get a more tailored session and a personal conversation with a campus health educator. These educational sessions are confidential and in a private setting, and last approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour.

One-on-one sessions generally focus on topics in the areas of health literacy, nutrition, sexual health, contraception, and gynecological health, and you can request a session on a topic or question of your choice.

  • "I don't understand my health care coverage."
  • "I need help finding a doctor off campus."
  • "I need help understanding an STI diagnosis."
  • "I have questions about which contraceptive method is right for me."
  • "I want to learn how to eat healthier on campus."
