Move-in Day - Healthy Living on Campus

On Move-in Day, our Health Educators provide new residence hall students and their parents with tips on staying healthy throughout the academic year, and guides for good nutrition when eating on campus.

Live Well Aztecs Festival

The Live Well Aztecs Festival is an interactive event with music, games, photo booth, prizes and campus resources. Get connected with resources to enhance your well-being and help you stay safe at SDSU!

 

RAINN Day

RAINN stands for Rape, Abuse & Incest National Network. RAINN Day is a day on which campuses across the country are encouraged to raise awareness about and promote prevention of Rape, Abuse, and Incest.  Members of FratMANers will be encouraging students to sign the "RAINN drops" pledge against sexual violence.

National Collegiate Alcohol Awareness Week

National Collegiate Alcohol Awareness Week (NCAAW) events aim to raise awareness of alcohol-related issues on college campuses. In collaboration with RADD, the event provides activities and prizes while helping students better understand alcohol abuse, impaired driving, and how to make healthier decisions regarding alcohol. 

Spike Balls Not Drinks

Spike Balls, Not Drinks is an event that is focused on consent education. It is a Spikeball tournament that also includes educational tabling and resources for students. It also includes food for participants, prizes, and other informational materials/activities. This event is hosted by FratMANers and SISSTER and will be the 2nd annual Spike Balls, Not Drinks event!

World AIDS Day

World AIDS Day is an opportunity for people worldwide to unite in the fight against HIV, show their support for people living with HIV and to commemorate people who have died. Come out to our table to learn more about HIV and AIDS and show your support for those living or affected by HIV.

National Eating Disorder Awareness Day

Join Well-being & Health Promotion at North Walkway Library to learn about the stigma surrounding eating disorders and the importance of healthy body image and intuitive eating. #NEDAwareness

Safe Spring Break

Each March, Safe Spring Break Week takes place just before the university's scheduled spring recess to provide students with informational events and tips to promote safe and healthy alternatives. Events are designed to inform students about the present dangers and consequences of unhealthy and harmful decisions regarding alcohol and drug use that face many spring breakers, while also providing alternative, healthy ideas for spring break fun.

 

Health Expo: "The Road to Wellness"

Get on the road to wellness and fuel your body with the knowledge it needs to be healthy, fit, and emotionally sound. This health and wellness event aims to educate students about living a healthy lifestyle. Health organizations from on and off campus will be represented. Come check out this event to learn more about the healthy options available in San Diego.

Squats for Scantrons

Do you need a scantron for finals? Come visit our table and get a FREE scantron just for doing 10 squats! Look out for Peer Health Educators during finals week in both the Fall and Spring Semesters.
