Grade Reports
Overview
San Diego State fraternities and sororities strive for high academic achievement among their chapter members. One sign of strong scholarship is grade point average.
Chapter Presidents and Advisors receive a grade report at the end of each semester for members listed on the chapter's RSO roster. The individual grade report is to be used only for chapter scholarship programming, awards/recognition, and for verification of achievement for minimum academic standards. The release of this information to others without prior written consent of the persons to whom this information pertains, or the use of this information for any other purpose than that specifically intended, is prohibited by federal law. Information is not to be posted or shared with others not indicated above.
Significant grade corrections, with documentation from the Office of the Registrar, must be submitted to Student Life & Leadership no later than the date espoused to Chapter Presidents and Advisors via email if the chapter wishes for a revised chapter grade point average to be calculated.
NOTE: Adding or removing chapter members will not be allowed. Chapter Presidents are responsible for updating the chapter RSO roster when directed by Greek Life staff.
